Check the wing nuts that attach the reflectors
on the rear license tag. My 01 Savage had the same problem. Also look at the sheetmetal plate that your state safety insp sticker mounts on. Mine was vibrating terrible. If that dont work, just attach a jardine slip-on. you wont believe the sound! All the other weird little sounds that the Savage makes will go away.
